"The Fourth Day"
ORIGINAL PAINTING ON CANVAS
acrylic painting, pencil, NeoColor I on canvas
The final finish coat is satin varnish.
30” x 24” x 1 1/2”, wired for hanging.
This painting depicts my interpretation of the fourth day of Creation when God created the stars in the heavens. (Genesis 1:16) Beneath the “finger print” stars there is the remnant of another painting that supports the drawn and abstract stars.
The sides are painted with the colors and marks from the surface of the painting.
