This painting uses several hues of the color purple plus white and black. This limited palette seemed like it would come together easily. I WAS WRONG! I had to wrestle it to the ground! There are four prior versions under the final layer. I nearly pulled my hair out bringing the colors and marks to something I love but it was a royal pain getting there.
