"Orange Chaos"

Final finish coat is satin varnish.

This painting uses several hues of the color orange plus black and white. It was really fun to see the variety of colors and values that this limited palette produced. I went wild with the marks and shapes. I used the back of a brush dipped in paint to write a word I thought was appropriate. It was pure pleasure creating this work. The painted sides carry on the colors and marks from the surface.
